Westminster Garden Flat

This ground-floor apartment in Pimlico needed a new sense of openness and a stronger connection to its garden. The brief focused on bringing light deeper into the plan and creating a more coherent, spacious feel within the constraints of a Georgian building. Internal glazing was introduced to extend sightlines and give the home a greater sense of depth, while a large-format skylight floods the core of the apartment with natural light. By reorganising the layout and refining proportions, the design improves flow, clarity and calm. Classic detailing sits alongside a warm, contemporary palette, creating a home that feels grounded, inviting and closely connected to its garden.
