We transformed this top floor one-bed probate flat within a Georgian townhouse, into a two bedroom duplex apartment. By creating a new floor on top of the building we were able to double the space as part of this full refurbishment and extension project. Once we had acquired all of the relevant statutory permissions, we worked with out clients to create a calm, relaxed home in the heart of Pimlico. With modest space, the use of light and connected spaces was a key factor in the design.
