Warwick Gardens

Sitting vacant for over three years Warwick Gardens had quietly deteriorated due to the ravages of rising damp, dry rot and uncontrollable ivy. Whilst the exterior had become dangerously unstable, the interior bore the scars of a halfcocked refurbishment halted before it had even fully begun. This once proud building in the heart of Kensington was a crime scene of poor ideas and unqualified construction. The owners were unsure of how to rescue the property. They were considering two options: the first was to divide the building into a number of luxury apartments, whilst the second was to restore and revitalise as their family home. This is where the CATO creative team came in. We strongly believed that working with our clients, we could create an outstanding family space. So together that is exactly what we did. Everything excluding the front wall was removed. We extended, rebuilt and redefined. We created a home flooded natural light that combines elegancy with a little twist of fun. It turned out quite nicely too.
