Elm Grove Road

As the first of three projects CATO creative completed on the same road, the brief was to transform a tired and decaying probate Victorian mid-terraced house into a calm, confident, light family home suitable for modern living. The scope included fully extending the property at ground floor and loft levels before completely remodelling and upgrading the internal layout. As with any project, the design was driving by our client’s personality and our belief that a home has to be practical as well as being beautiful.
